In 1998, I moved to Helsinki to work as a runner at the legendary Also Starring commercial film company. I thought it would just be a short visit to the film industry. However, one job led to another and I ended up working in different positions from location scouting and props, to production management and set design. Over the years I have done work on over 500 commercial films, short films and music videos and the journey still continues. I’m grateful that I’ve had the chance to build my knowledge under the eyes of some of the greatest companies, producers, directors, dop´s and crews in the industry. That is how I became who I am now. All my past jobs had taught me new tricks and I still learn every day. There is no day like another. That is why I love my job so much. Years in the business have given me confidence to work with tight schedules and with all kinds of budgets and crews, both domestically and on international productions. Since 2006 I have mostly been working with production design and special props and sets (not that I can say no to other jobs). Through work I have been to the Arctic Circle as part of a snow technician team for big international productions, game producing for TV-competitions in the jungles of Thailand as well as line producing in a document film in Alaska. I could go on about all the interesting events and bizarre places my work has taken me! I’m looking forward to getting hired for all kind of projects, short and long ones.
